empty list?

everyone this is weird somehow when i make a friend on cp then log off its says that they’er not my friend but it says that they are my friend when i choose the server it has that little smile face next to it?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!help me if u know what that means or how to fix it plzzzzzz send a comment i am seriusly considering quitting cp plzzzzzzzzzzzz help i went from this  :D to this.
